Like many Corax, Rafael is an excellent information gatherer. He is excellent with computers, sneaking about and generally anything that allows him to find out what other people know. He loves knowing things other people would rather remain hidden. If there is a way for him to get information on something or someone Rafael will be all over it.

Rafael also is very good at telling others these things. He will cheerfully find whoever can best use what he knows and do his best to info dump all over them. Now if they can figure out what he is trying to tell them before they get irritated by how excitable he can get that's just good for his general well-being as well as what he sees as his Gaia and Helios given duty.

He sometimes is the guest star of a Glass Walker run radio show that has been tailored to only be accessed by members of the Garou Nation that have access to the radio frequency they operate on. This is just another way Rafael helps to spread the word.
